Also, for instance, one of the sources cited in the NSA memo was a scientist who’d worked with Uri Geller. For more on Geller and the fringes of the intelligence\/military world, I recommend the book, The Men Who Stare At Goats by Jon Ronson<\/a>, which is a great non-fiction book on some of the weirdness of the late 70s American military. Suffice it to say, that Geller is\/was a very talented fake\/grifter.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/table\n\n\n\n

What I found interesting in the article was the link to an NSA web page <\/a>where the NSA alphabetizes all of the UFO and other paranormal topics they have been asked about via Freedom of Information Act requests and no results are returned. The lists looks like a very good place to find about weird topics, if, say, one was writing weird or paranormal fiction, for instance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
